However, low formal education needs to be honed with internships and working in a large attorney's office. He did it. Hotman Paris claimed to have had an internship at a law firm in Australia. As an assistant to a Caucasian lawyer, he was trained to conduct research in various places.

The last important requirement to become a lawyer like Hotman is guts. Hotman considered this to be the main thing. "If you don't dare to express your opinion, pass it by. Guts are important for marketing," he said.
Hotman Paris said that hard work was the key to his success. When most people are still at home and enjoying time with family and partners, Hotman is already in the office. "I am indeed a hard worker, most comfortable working at dawn. More inspiration," he said.
His 30 years of experience made him able to represent giant companies and debate in international arbitration.
